Hawley and Robert Gray
As a result of being an athlete for more than 35 years, Hawley Woods Gray knows firsthand that all good things come from hard-work, coaching and being held accountable. Sports more than any other college class or program Hawley has attended, taught her how to be the successful business woman she is. Being in the gym and on the field taught her how to persevere, be dedicated to a common goal and how to win. Hawley was a collegiate volleyball player and coached Division 1, high school and club for over 20 years. Her experience has shaped Hawley to successfully coach and train other leaders to be successful on her team.
Hawley’s team at Appreciation Financial is comprised of her husband and more than 100 agents. She co-founded WOW, Women of Wealth, with the intention to influence others, especially women, to find success in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry.
Hawley is currently a board member for Women of Insurance and Financial Services. Already an accomplished mentor and coach, Hawley believes that women need an advocate and someone that will stand up for them when their voices are not being heard. Through WOW Women of Wealth, Hawley has a vision to ignite the global advancement of women. WOW has taken flight and is showing many what is possible when powerful, strong, kind and loving women work together for the greater good.
A business owner for over 25 years, Robert joined his wife at Appreciation Financial in 2015. Prior to that he was the owner and founder at a specialty construction company, The Gate Keeper. Successfully, running and managing several high end clients as well as corporate and government contracts, Robert's expertise in the construction field is still called upon for advice on difficult projects. His primary focus with Appreciation Financial is to teach and train other agents how to be successful in our industry. This role has allowed him to combine his experience in working with clients, answering request for proposals and project management to shine.
In the summer of 2018, the Gray’s relocated to Orange County, CA and created another Appreciation Financial office that is generating successful results. Recently, the Grays moved to Appreciation Headquarters in Las Vegas and are expanding their reach beyond California.
Robert has become the life insurance expert for their team. He is currently studying for his Series 65 license so he will be available to serve all educators in our area of expertise.
Hawley and Bobby live with their son Jackson, and are newly-made grandparents (or Graunty and Gruncle) from their nephew Adrian, who they raised and who is now in the US Navy. They enjoy traveling anywhere where there's water, frequent trips to Disneyland and almost anything sports related.
